Parts & Labour Contract

For specific, mission critical pieces of hardware, a parts and labour contract can be of benefit. Multisource Group covers specific pieces of hardware and stocks appropriate wear parts to provide a guaranteed time to repair. The pricing of this level of service is very dependent on the model of hardware, level of response time required and existing condition of the device. Please contact Multisource Group to provide the specific details.

Time & Materials Description

For less critical service requirements, Multisource Group provides service or support on an “as required” basis. In the event service is required, please contact Multisource to schedule and appropriate time for us to facilitate any repairs.

Monthly Maintenance Plan

A pre-purchased service block of time provides a very high level of service and maximizes your return on hardware investment. It allows Multisource Group to stock customer specific parts/supplies in order to provide the fastest response time with the quickest time to repair. Some of the benefits of a Monthly Maintenance Plan include:

• Discounted Labour Rate
• Priority 24hr Response Time (M-F, 8:30 – 5:00)
• Locally Stocked Parts – Customer Specific Parts
• Hardware History Report (Provided Quarterly)
• Discounted Preventative Maintenance Program

Services Included

The Monthly Maintenance Plan may be used for any of Multisource Group’s service related offerings. Any new products and services covered by Multisource may require a two week “ramp up” period in which we will order applicable parts and manuals.
